Drink Your Greens(Juisi ya kijani):

  1. 2 cups Baby Spinach Leaves (vikombe viwili vya spinach)
  2. 2 large Cucumber (Matango mawili makubwa)
  3. 1/2 Lemon (nusu limao)
  4. 2 medium Apples (matufaa mawili)
  5. 1-2 inch Ginger (Inch moja hadi mbili za tangawizi)

The Detoxifier(Kiondoa sumu):

  1. 2-3 med-lg Beets (2-3 bitiruti)
  2. 6 Carrots (karoti sita)
  3. 2 medium apples (matufaa mawili)
  4. 1/2 Lemon (nusu limao)
  5. 1-2 inch Ginger (Nusu inch ya tangawizi)

Instructions/maelekezo

  • Wash, prep, and chop produce. (Osha,andaa na katakata matunda) 
  • Add produce to juicer one at a time. (weka mchanganyiko kwenye kifaa cha kutengenezea juisi na tengeneza)

Serve cold over ice (tumia ikiwa ya baridi). May store in tightly sealed jars or glasses in the refrigerator for 7-10 days (Tunza kwenye chumbo kilichofungwa ndani ya jokofu kwa siku 7-10). Shake or stir well before drinking (tikisa vizuri kila mda kabla ya kutumia).
